2x TEDx Speaker | Hypnotist | Meditation & Breathwork Facilitator | Transformation Coach | Turban Collector

You could say I've been on stage a few times. 2 times a TEDx Speaker. 2 times a PechaKutcha Speaker. And not counting countless hours teaching courses, workshops, podcasts, and panels speaking on tech, business, meditation, hypnosis, philosophy and personal transformation.
I enjoy the alchemy of finding people’s authentic voice and help them deliver impactful talks.I learnt a few things in my four years formally training in acting and voice. One, that I don’t have the face for films :)Oh, and just in case you're wondering, PechaKucha is this cool Japanese thing – 20 slides, 20 seconds each. Keeps things snappy!Back to Top

Okay, so get this – how I even became a hypnotist is seredepituous adventures story, like a few in my life! It all started with just randomly hanging out with a friend, traveling through town , and bam! Next thing you know, I'm a certified hypnotist.
Then inducted into the National Guild of Hypnotists, USA in 2016.My approach to Hypnosis is not merely for entertainment, but as powerful scientific tool for transformation. My approach has two main vectors:1. Turning up the volume on all the good stuff you want in your life. Think more love, happiness, money flowing in, tons of joy, a great sex life, and feeling healthy. Basically, amplifying all the awesome.
2. Kicking the curb on the stuff you don't want. We're talking about those nagging fears, past traumas, weird phobias, and those limiting beliefs that hold you back.Back to Top

My journey into meditation has some cool roots. Being born into the Sikh faith in India, I later stumbled upon Vipassana – which is a type of Buddhist meditation. That was a real turning point for me. Those 10 days saved and changed my life. And it ignited this quest to connect the threads of the fabric of life; philosophy, movement, energy, science, faith and self in search for the universal truth. You know, I've always had a pretty analytical mind (being a computer science grad), but tuning into my intuition, and getting in touch with my body has been was transformative. Now, as a facilitator, that's what I love helping other people do too – break free from those mental roadblocks we put up for ourselves and really tap into what they're truly capable of.Oh since you're curious about who are the _Sikhs

My quest for deeper understanding led me to meditation in 2007, with a Vipassana silent meditation retreat in Punjab, India.
Over the years, giving into my curiosity I delved deeper into various modalities, including:
Tantra, Hatha Yoga, Breathwork, Ecstatic dance, Bioenergetics, Obstacle races, Improv, Sweat lodges with natives, Shadow work, Jungian archetypes and Plant medicine ceremonies. What a strange eclectic mix. I know! Learning still continues.I now use an alchemy of modalities for transformation work with select clients."Transformation is found only on the edge"Back to Top
